He who trusts in his own heart is a fool, but he who walks wisely will be delivered. Proverbs 28:26 To the foolish, every utterance of nonsense seems like wisdom. Joseph P. Martino "The truth, indeed, is something that mankind, for some mysterious reason, instinctively dislikes. Every man who tries to tell it is unpopular, and even when, by the sheer strength of his case, he prevails, he is put down as a scoundrel." ~ H.L. Mencken

Maybe it IS a Bandwagon!
The Kerry quote: "You know, education, if you make the most of it, you study hard, you do your homework, and you make an effort to be smart, you can do well, and if you don't, you get stuck in Iraq."I don't care if it is a bandwagon. I'm happy to jump on it because this is funny, and well deserved. Kerry's gaff, in his speech to students dishonors our troops and is indicative of his and too many of his compatriots' contempt and condescension of who chooses to join the military and why. These are among the most honorable, educated, intelligent, self sacrificing, members of our society and the general view liberals in this country have in regards to our troops is not deserved. This military is certainly the best educated in American history and far more educated than the general population. Congratulations to those who chose to air their frustration with the libs by humor and equal contempt for their lack of acknowledgment in the areas of honor, ability to make purposeful decisions- especially concerning their choice to make sacrifices for our country, and in their commitment to the mission they've been assigned. God bless them and may they come home whole in mind, body, and spirit with the great news of 'mission accomplished.' From the core of my being, all of my heart felt thanks to each and every one of them.
